Guests have access to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, sink, and utensils, as well as the barbecue area and the outdoor pool. All these spaces, including the guest toilet, are shared with other guests, fostering a friendly and social atmosphere.

The host is responsible for all guest service after the reservation is completed, and must follow the instructions sent via chat.

– We do not provide blankets, as it is a beach property.
– Guests will find an amenity kit for 1 or 2 days and basic items in the kitchen.
– Barbecue charcoal and cleaning materials are not provided. For early or late check-in, please contact us directly without using Airbnb’s automatic request.
– Accommodation is private (room) and other areas are shared.
– There will be a small cleaning team on site and there is NO reception, all communication/service is done remotely.
– We will serve coffee (drink) and cheese bread every morning.
